SE Session Time: runs one to one and half hours (or possibly longer if need be).

Travel to you:
For my time and mileage, seventy cents a mile applies after ten miles of travel to you. This amount will be doubled according to round trip. I am located in Imperial Beach.
How much does a Feng Shui consultation cost?
The cost and length of the consultation has many factors: size of the building, number of family members, or staff, your location, complexity of issues, and other items which all factor into the scope and length of your consultation.
Your initial consultation includes preparation of documents including your personal feng shui best directions (at no cost), mileage, and a complimentary stress testing, and space clearing of your home, room or office.
Mileage is included in your initial consultation if you live in San Diego County. I do not always have time to perform the space clearing in the initial consultation, so I request a mileage fee if I need to come back. This would also be a wonderful time to schedule another appointment to have me look over the changes you have made, and the enhancements that you have added, or have me help you with placement and ask additional questions.

My initial hourly consultation rate for feng shui is $100 per hour for the first three hours of consultation, and then $85 per hour after that. If I come back to help with placement or shopping I charge $85 per hour, plus mileage.
Before we begin, what I need from you is your floor plans and the birth dates (including the years) of the people that will spend a good amount of time in the dwelling. The first three people are included in your initial consult fee. After that, I charge $50 per person for the preparation of documents.
If you do not have a floor plan, it may take me some initial time to measure and draft the dwelling (I charge $85 per hour for this ~ and it will be a rough draft). If you would like to draft it yourself, please make sure the measurements are accurate because it will affect where the compass directions fall in the sectors of your dwelling. Also, make sure the paper is large enough to work with. This depends on the size of your dwelling of course. You can also seek professional drafting help, which will be the most accurate floor plans, and sometimes the city or former owners of the dwelling may have the floor plans.

During the initial consultation, if time permits, I will assist you in implementing simple changes. Instead of being left merely with a long list of changes to make, we will begin implementing changes on the spot, allowing you to begin to feel the effects of Feng Shui immediately.
If you need help with organizing on a deeper level (cleaning, paperwork, etc.) or moving heavy/large pieces of furniture, I am implementing a team to help you with this. They are individual business people with their own set fees.
