This class is designed for women and men who are seeking a deeper understanding and connection with themselves and the other gender. This is a good introduction or sequel to WARM (my women’s class) and MILK (my men’s class). Here we will explore, share and examine our many truths, and use a healing tool called Somatic Experiencing®.
Somatic Experiencing® helps complete primal, instinctual responses to events that have impacted your life in unhealthy ways. Through these exercises, you will become aware of your own resilience, inner strength, and unlock the areas where you are being held back.
If you have already done the mental processing and cathartics that would seem to have helped you to heal past wounds, but you are still experiencing the affects of your life’s trauma, this group is for you!
We will work with the highly activated energy that can become “frozen” in the nervous system. This can sometimes feel like the gas pedal and brake are on at the same time, causing anxiety and fear. You may also feel disconnected or fatigued, where you find yourself collapsing instead of having the energy to produce what you desire.

WITH is a three-week course held on Sundays from 2:30pm to 5pm. This class also includes one private Somatic Experiencing® session. A payment plan is available.

WARM is a group for women where we will explore the areas that will help to create healthy abundance, through manifesting and resourcing using a healing tool called Somatic Experiencing®. By using the body’s wisdom and completing instinctual responses to events that have impacted our lives in unhealthy ways, we will unlock the areas where we are being held back, so we can create resilience and experience our desires!

As a mother, I have cherished these moments. As a sister to men, I have been called to hold the space for men to discover their greatest capacity, to become deeply involved in their own healing, through love, kindness, and connection with other men.

In this class we will explore the many enhancements you will bring into your bedroom and home to bring forth romance in your life. If you are seeking a new partner, we will discuss enrichments that will open up the energies for you to attract and receive your new partner, and welcome them into your new supportive space for romance and fidelity. If you already have your partner, we will explore ways to create a sacred space for this union, and explore new possibilities to rediscover one another. We will also find your best directions for sleeping and love making!

Feng Shui transforms your life through the power of intention and attention and helps to create harmony, beauty and balance in your life and dwellings. In this class we will work with a vision of your life’s aspirations. We will use a feng shui layout when designing your vision board. A vision board is collage in which you visualize your intentions through pictures and written affirmations. Areas of your life we will envision are:

In this class we will explore how to perform this sacred ritual of clearing out the old stagnant energy in your home or office, and welcoming healthy chi flow, gratitude, protection, support, healing and blessings. We will discuss the diverse energy modalities that will help create harmony and health, and implement them to create a sacred space for you and your loved ones.
